General Solar
A solar system works by converting sunlight into usable electricity. Solar panels capture sunlight and generate direct current (DC) electricity. An inverter then converts the DC electricity into alternating current (AC) electricity, which powers household appliances and electrical devices. This process provides clean, renewable energy for homes and businesses.
A Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) helps maximize solar savings by storing excess energy for use at night, reducing electricity bills by up to 98%. It can deliver strong long-term returns, increase energy independence from utility tariff and provide backup power during blackouts to keep essential appliances running.
If your home is under renovation, our consultants can estimate your future electricity usage based on factors such as air conditioning, appliances, and household needs. We also recommend installing the solar system during renovation, as this allows for cleaner cable routing and avoids visible casings that may affect your interior design.
We use premium Tier-1 panels built for maximum efficiency and durability:
Brand: JA Solar (China listed)
Specs: 635W per panel | 1.2m x 2.5m | Monocrystalline Cell
Performance: Ultra-low 0.4% annual derating rate
Warranty Coverage:
30-Year Performance Warranty: Guarantees your system will maintain at least 87% efficiency by year 30.
15-Year Product Warranty: Fully covers manufacturing defects and quality issues (e.g., panels cracking by themselves).
We use highly efficient string inverters, meaning you only need one unit for your entire system:
Brand: Solis (Established in 2005, China listed)
Efficiency: Up to 98.5% maximum efficiency
Warranty Coverage:
10-Year Product Warranty (Special exhibition promotion!)
Note: Warranty does not cover natural disasters, negligence, or accidents, but your standard home insurance will typically cover these risks.
- Easy Setup: Our project engineer will personally assist you in downloading and setting up the Solis Cloud app on your smartphone.
Yes. If installing the solar system & battery system, it is is fully capable of supplying power to all of your critical home appliances such as fan, lighting, refrigerator and etc.
Yes, your solar panels will still generate electricity. However, because their performance depends directly on sun irradiance (sunlight intensity), the energy output will be lower compared to a clear, sunny day.
No! There is no evidence or source proving that solar panels attract lightning.
To ensure your home is completely safe during thunderstorms, our systems are equipped with comprehensive lightning and surge protection:
Grounded Mounting Brackets: We connect an earth cable directly to the mounting brackets. In the rare event of a lightning strike, the high-voltage electricity is safely discharged straight into the ground.
Advanced Inverter Safety Features:
AFCI Protection: Proactively detects arc faults to significantly reduce fire risks.
Smart Alarm System: Instantly detects over-temperature, overvoltage, or any other system faults.
SPD (Surge Protective Device): Automatically shuts down the inverter to protect your system against electrical surges and spikes, including those caused directly or indirectly by lightning.
Dedicated Earth Cable: Channels any stray lightning current safely away from your equipment and into the ground.
Solar Accelerated Transition Programme (ATAP)
The ATAP solar program allows homeowners to generate electricity from solar panels. Without a battery, excess solar energy is exported to the TNB grid and offset against electricity usage. With a battery energy storage system (BESS), excess energy is stored for nighttime use, reducing grid reliance and providing backup power during outages for essential appliances.
The payment terms are structured in three stages: a 10% deposit upon document collection and Solar ATAP application, a 70% progress payment after Solar ATAP approval and before installation begins, and the remaining 20% final payment upon successful completion of the solar system installation
Solar ATAP applications have a high approval success rate when the TNB account holder has no outstanding penalty debts or blacklist issues. If any penalty debt exists, approval is typically granted once the balance is cleared. All required documents are carefully verified before submission to maximize approval success.
Yes, our dedicated Admin and Customer Service team manages the entire Solar ATAP and TNB application process. With a 99.99% approval success rate, we help ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience from submission to approval.
Commercial & Industrial
Most C&I clients in Malaysia can reduce 20%–50% of their monthly TNB electricity bill, depending on roof size and operating hours.
Factories with daytime-heavy usage typically achieve the highest savings.
The investment cost depends on system size, roof condition, and electricity consumption.
Most C&I solar projects in Malaysia are designed based on ROI instead of fixed price, with typical payback around 3–5 years.
We provide a detailed proposal showing system cost breakdown, estimated savings, payback period and tax incentive impact (CA & GITA).
Yes. Businesses may be eligible for:
- Capital Allowance (CA) – allows you to claim tax deductions on solar investment
- Green Investment Tax Allowance (GITA) – tax incentives for approved green technology investments
These incentives can significantly improve project ROI and reduce overall investment cost.
No. Solar installation is planned to be non-disruptive to daily operations.
Work is typically scheduled in phases to ensure minimal or zero impact on production activities.
Solar is most suitable for businesses with:
- High daytime electricity consumption
- Large roof or warehouse space
- Stable long-term operational sites
A site assessment is required to confirm feasibility and system design optimization.
Operation & Maintenance
Yes, regular solar system maintenance is recommended every two years to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The service typically includes solar panel cleaning and inspection, electrical system checks, mounting structure verification, and a performance analysis report. Scheduled maintenance helps maximize energy production and identify potential issues early.
Product & Services
We provide lifetime after-sales support to ensure your solar system continues to operate smoothly. All support requests receive a response within 24 hours in working day, and if required, a prompt on-site inspection will be arranged. Our local team in JB is available to deliver fast and reliable assistance.
Yes, we provide a free site visit within Johor and Melaka to assess your property's suitability for solar installation. The visit includes a roof inspection, shadow analysis, wiring route planning, TNB meter assessment, a customized solar proposal review, and a dedicated Q&A session to answer your questions and recommend the best solution for your home.
We exclusively use Tier-1 solar panels and Solis inverters, one of the world's leading inverter brands. This combination delivers high performance, long-term reliability, and strong warranty protection for your solar investment.
Yes, local Professional Engineers (PEs) oversee key stages of the project, including design reviews, compliance checks, and commissioning. This ensures your solar system meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Every project includes comprehensive engineering assessments, such as single-line diagrams (SLD), structural evaluations, system layouts, and solar performance simulations. These studies help optimize system safety, efficiency, and long-term performance.
