Workmanship & Installation Warranty
Solana Tec Sdn Bhd provides a 2 Years Workmanship Warranty from the date of system commissioning. This warranty covers:
Integrity of the mounting structures and roof attachments.
Protection against roof leaks caused directly by the installation of the solar PV system.
Wiring and electrical terminations performed by our certified installers.
Product Warranties
We utilize high-tier, reliable solar components. These products are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties, which the Company will help facilitate during the claim process:
Solar PV Panels: * Product Warranty: Typically 15 years against manufacturing defects.
Linear Performance Warranty: Guaranteed power output of at least 80%–84% after 25 years.
Solar Inverters: * Standard Warranty: Typically 10 years (depending on the brand such as Solis).
Note: Extended warranties may be available upon request at the time of purchase.
Mounting Structures: Typically 10 years against corrosion and structural failure under normal weather conditions.
Lifetime Customer Support
As part of our commitment to your ROI, every Solana Tec client receives Lifetime Customer Support.
Monitoring: We assist in setting up your mobile monitoring app so you can track your generation in real-time.
Fast After-Sales Assistance: In the event of a system fault or underperformance, our technical team will provide troubleshooting and coordinate with manufacturers for hardware replacements.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranties provided do not cover:
Damage caused by “Acts of God” (e.g., lightning strikes exceeding surge protection limits, floods, or extreme storms).
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or additions to the system by third parties.
Physical damage caused by external impact (e.g., fallen trees or debris).
Normal wear and tear or accumulation of dirt/dust (regular cleaning is recommended for optimal performance).
